All orders within the UK are sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail post for FREE (estimated arrival within 3-5 working days). You can upgrade to 1st class at checkout for a quicker service. Please note we cannot guarantee a delivery time once the order is in the Royal Mail system.

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only. If for any reason an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you asap via the email address provided on your order. Please allow 5 working days (after order placed) before contacting us if your order hasn't arrived.
International postage prices will be calculated at checkout and are sent by Royal Mail International Standard Tracked. Please note as an international buyer you are responsible for any customs. We are not liable for any charges you may receive. We cannot predict what customs you will be charged.
