CARDS
All of our cards are individually made to order. Therefore not every item will be identical and there may be some slight variations in colour, print and texture.
All of our cards and envelopes are 100% recyclable. There is no minimum order value. All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will endeavour to keep the site fully updated with new products and removing old ones.
In the unlikely event of being unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you with an option of waiting for the product to become available or be given a full refund for the product which is unavailable.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that they have provided the correct information for personalised cards at the point of purchase. We take no responsibility for printing incorrectly spelt names or incorrect dates of birth provided and we will not accept returns or refunds due to any errors such as incorrect names or dates on personalised cards. If errors are entered and realised at time of ordering and payment has been processed, please email megan@meganclaire.co.uk immediately at time of ordering and we will endeavour to edit the incorrect information, however this cannot be guaranteed and we do not take responsibility for any emails received after the time of purchase.
PRICES
All prices are in Pounds Sterling. The price stated per item includes the printed card and envelope. Prices are correct at the time of publication and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Any price increase will not affect orders which have already been confirmed.
DELIVERY
Please click here to see delivery charges . For UK orders, cards will be sent by Royal Mail standard 1st class. Please allow 3-5 working days delivery for non-personalised cards and 5-7 working days for personalised cards. Larger orders may take longer as cards are made to order, however you will be notified of any delay or if the item is not available.
Please allow 10-14 days for deliveries outside the UK. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us at megan@meganclaire.co.uk. In the case of non-delivery please wait 21 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed.
In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
To secure your order, payment in full will be required before we despatch your order. A confirmation email is sent to you after the placing of an order and after despatch. Receipts will be issued for all payments received. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, keep the details of your order secure,
however if we are not negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site. Please note that the billing address is the address where your credit/debit card is registered, and not necessarily the delivery address.

RETURNS
Goods may be returned within 7 working days from receipt and you will receive a full refund providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to us in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. Final sale items cannot be returned.
You must notify us by email to obtain an authorisation code and details for your return. Please contact megan@meganclaire.co.uk for further information. It is advisable for you to obtain a proof of postage when returning items,
as they remain your ownership and responsibility until we have received them and acknowledged receipt. In the event that the goods are not in resaleable condition, we reserve the right not to provide a full refund and you will be
responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification. This does not affect your statutory rights. Any complaints will be processed and rectified as soon as possible.

All card designs, website designs , text graphics, underlying source code and any other material designed for use by MEGAN CLAIRE are covered by copyright and remain the property of MEGAN CLARE and may not be copied under any circumstance.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We request your name and address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after-sales service but we WILL NOT pass your name and address onto ANY third parties.
Payments through PayPal will be covered by their Data Protection and you must read their policy together with MEGAN CLAIRE. If you make a purchase or enquiry you will be added to our customer database to be notified of new products and special offers. We will give you the chance of refusing any marketing email from us.
We hold your name, address and email address. We do not hold your credit/debit card details.
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of the despatch date with your receipt, providing the goods are not damaged, and you will receive a full refund.
Nothing in the above guarantee affects your legal rights. Your statutory rights are not affected.
